How we make placements

We place therapists only in the Chicago metropolitan area, northern Indiana and southern Wisconsin. We know this market and research our clients carefully. Before we make a placement, you can rest assured that we've done our homework.

We review each placement carefully with the therapist and the organization to help address any questions or concerns. Some organizations may require an interview, or a therapist may choose to visit the facility and meet the staff.

Once we make a placement, we stay in touch to make certain the match is working well for everyone involved. As an Allied employee or client, you always have the ability to accept or deny placements.
