We do not require a minimum guarantee. Our clients tell us the type of schedule they need filled, based on:

• number of days
• number of hours
• full time
• part time
• short term
• long term
• evenings
• weekends
• on-call assignments.

You also tell us with whom and where you want your therapist to work, such as:

• pediatrics
• adults
• geriatrics
• inpatients
• outpatients
• hospitals
• schools
• rehabilitation facilities.

Our clients take comfort in knowing we'll be there for them when they need us - during holidays, vacations, sick times, recruitment periods, census fluctuations, maternity leaves and other planned or unplanned leaves of absence, or the start-up of a new unit or facility.
